Heavy rainfall wreaks havoc in several parts of India Several states across India, including Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Kerala, have been affected by heavy rainfall, resulting in severe flooding, landslides, and disruption of daily life. The heavy downpour has caused rivers to overflow and roads to become submerged, disrupting traffic and transportation. In Maharashtra , the worst-hit state, at least 76 people have lost their lives due to the rain and flooding. Mumbai, the capital city, has been hit particularly hard, with several low-lying neighborhoods facing waterlogging and power outages. According to reports, at least two people were killed, and several others were injured due to the cyclone. Thousands of people were evacuated from their homes in low-lying areas to safer places ahead of the cyclone's landfall to prevent casualties. Who is the Man behind Firing in Shaheen Bagh The man, identified as Kapil Gujjar. He is a resident of Delhi's Dallupura area. Gujjar said.  "  Yeh lo azaadi  "  &  " Humare desh mein sirf Hinduon ki chalegi "  He Said his actions were a revenge for 'Chandan', referring to the killing of Abhishek Gupta in clashes on Republic Day in Uttar Pradesh's Kasganj in 2018. The incident which occurred at around 4:53 pm.  The student who was shot at has been identified as Shadab Farooq and was seen being taken away, as he walked with his left hand in blood.
